2012-2013 Staff Development Opportunities during Planning Periods:
Advanced Moodle: ten hours of instruction during planning periods with a focus on creating quizzes, using the gradebook and using a variety of online resources to enhance a developed course. Demonstration of these elements in a course are required to earn one technology CEU.
Social Networking: ten hours of instruction during planning period in addition to utilizing Web 2.0 tools in Campus Pack for student use will earn one high quality technology CEU.
SAS Curriculum Pathways: ten hours of instruction during planning period plus utilizing three lessons with students will earn one high quality technology CEU
Tools for Schools: minimum of ten one hour sessions during planning periods. A variety of tools will be introduced with opportunity to explore each tool. A project that demonstrates proficiency will be required. 1 CEU in technology will be awarded upon completion.
